Shipping Information
We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders over $100. For orders below this threshold, a flat rate of $15 applies within the US and $25 for international orders.
Domestic (US): 3–5 business days
International: 7–14 business days
Express: 1–2 business days (available at checkout)
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order directly on our website using your order number.
Every AMIR HARB order arrives in our signature packaging, designed to protect your fragrances during transit while making the unboxing experience as luxurious as the products themselves.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Fragrance bottles must be sealed with the original cap and packaging intact.
Contact our customer service team at returns@amirharb.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is complete.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@amirharb.com with photos of the damage and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
